Davin Marceau

Davin Marceau

Born and raised in Montana Davin Marceau did not have an easy childhood. Through this adversity coupled with a handful of influential people Davin developed a resilient mindset that continues to propel him forward in life today. As an 17 year Army Ranger veteran Davin served his country across three tours of duty and experienced combat in Iraq, and Afghanistan.

He left the military to pursue a career in business where he’s made quite a name for himself as an astute chief operations officer applying his vast experience in leadership, strategy and tactics gained on the battlefield. Davin’s ability to take lessons learned from war zones and apply them to boardrooms across America has earned him broad respect. When he isn’t working hard at work or playing hard outside, Davin enjoys cooking Texas-style BBQ for friends and family members.

Mike Kelley was born in Oklahoma where he grew up with a love for football and went on to play at the collegiate level. His athlete mindset oriented towards discipline and drive paired with his natural affinity for engaging people made him an absolute killer in the field of sales where he experienced great success.

His success in sales is directly correlated to him being a good field rep, but as well as being a good player he was able to also become a great coach. Mike now leads sales teams and shapes them into extremely efficient revenue generating units; there’s no doubt that his leadership has been key to this success because not only is he smart enough himself, but he also knows how to teach others just as well.
